What restrictions have been advised by the Government?

There is a limit of 20 people permitted to be in a gym room doing individual workouts. This does not include personal trainers or staff employed at the gym. All people present on site however, must not exceed more than 1 person per 4 square metres and the 1.5 metres social distancing must be adhered to. Good hygiene practice is also encouraged. All participants are required to provide their name and phone number, or email address, for Covid-19 tracking purposes.

 

How will this be managed?

We are in the fortunate position that under normal operating circumstances we rarely encounter a situation where we have more than 20 people in our gym at a time. Though to minimise the risk of this occurring we have implemented a booking system. Please note it’s your responsibility to ensure you’ve correctly booked yourself in prior to your arrival, or you risk not being able to access the club.

How do I cancel a class?

Login to the booking system.

Click on the class you can’t attend

Click “remove” button and you will be removed from that class attendance

 

Where can I view the timetable?

You can view the available booking times via your clubs individual booking page above.

 

I can’t register?

You need to login with your email address that you signed up with. If you want to change this email address or can’t remember it – please email [email protected]

 

How far in advance can I book a class?

Due to high demand, you can now book 7 days in advance for classes, please ensure you only book for classes you can attend.

 

When can I enter and exit the club?

We please ask members to enter and exit the club within the timeframe they have booked a session. E.g. 9am-10am session: enter club at 9:01am, exit club at 9:58am.

 

What do I need to bring to class?

Please bring your own large towel and full water bottle (water fountains will not be in use). As lockers will not be in use, please bring only the essentials.
