How do I become a member?

If you're ready to become a Zap member, simply join online here. You can visit our membership page for more information about Zap's Home, Passport and Premium memberships.

How can I upgrade my membership?

Please visit your Zap club during staffed hours or contact Customer Service above and our team will be able to help you upgrade your membership. View your clubs' staffed hours here.

How do I access the gym?

Members can access the gym with the Zap Fitness app. Simply download the app and follow the steps below to set up your digital access.

  1. Download and open the Zap Fitness app.

  2. Click “Setup account” link to set up your password.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. If there’s an account with your email address, you’ll receive an email with instructions to set up a new password.

  5. Log into the app using your email address and the password you have just created.

How do I freeze my membership?

You can freeze your membership in the Zap Fitness app.

  1. Login to the app

  2. Click "Profile"

  3. Click "My Membership"

  4. Select "Freeze my membership" and follow the instructions from there
