I was inspired by my PT 12 years ago to complete my certification and begin passing on the benefits to others that I gained from having a PT. The confidence and strength I gained in the gym were just the beginning of my fitness journey, and I want to help others achieve the same results. My aim is tailor a plan for you to reach your health goals while creating an enjoyable and maintainable relationship with fitness.
